| Hey all my Xanga fans! Here is another long anticipated
entry. I am currently studying Middle Eastern Studies at
Berkeley. I am involved in the Muslim Student Association, Delta
Phi Epsilon a Foreign Service Fraternity, and am taking twenty
units. It has been an ok transition. I am currently trying
to make friends and this is somewhat difficult, but in a few weeks I
hope to have some quality regulars.

| I visited Berkeley and had a good time. I will be moving there in August so if you guys have any connections there for me to build friendship, get a job, or housing please let me know.
I am finishing my semester at Pasadena City College and must get a "B" average to transfer to Berkeley, and feel I am cutting this close!
I will be leaving for the Middle East on August 15th to June 14th. I still need around $500 or more for the trip, so if you are interested in donating money. Feel free to message me and I will give you the details.

| I am planning on going to the Middle East (Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and
Egypt) on June 15 till August 15. Then I will be moving to
Berkeley, California near San Francisco to attend UC Berkeley to
complete a Bachelors Degree in Middle Eastern Studies.

| I am visiting Kyle and Jodie Gather this week
and visititing University of California at Santa Barbara. I have
been watching CIA movies, but I watched On the Waterfront and it topped
the cake of all cakes.

| Awaiting my response from universities and hoping to go to the Middle
East this summer. I recommend the book the Arab Mind to begin to
understand the Arab worldview.
